Training USA Cancellation Policy

 
• All cancelations must be made in writing to Training USA at email trainingusa@trainingusa.org.

• If you cancel 14 or more calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may either apply your registration fee to another class or be issued a full refund.

• If you cancel 14 or less calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, you may either apply your registration fee to another class or be issued a 50 percent refund.

• If you cancel 7 or less calendar days before the beginning of a course, you may apply your registration fee to another class but you will not be issued a refund.

• All refunds are subject to the return of all course material within one week of cancelling. In the event course material is not returned within one week cancelling, the cost of the course material will be taken out of refund amount.

• No-shows are not refunded.

• Please allow 2 weeks for processing of all cancellation.

• Training USA reserves the right to cancel courses due to lack of enrollment at least 7 calendar days prior to the class.

• In the event the class is cancelled by Training USA due to lack of registration you may either apply your registration fee to another class or be issued a full refund.
